and power. She gave us a website where it was not possible anymore to buy this book @$14
otherwise on Amazon it is $95...anyway you know the story...

Be not deceived by another book of same title by T D Jokes *cough* I mean Jakes.
I may not have been able to find it in pdf but did find at least that much out.
Same title different author, buyer beware.
