Sister Khemdah suggested I use this detox. I wanted to ask her how she takes it. Do you use the cilantro leaves, the seasoning, the real plant or take them in tablets? I even saw some in liquid drops. I was just wondering what your personal process was. I’m open to anyone who has suggestions. Shalom!!
