Fasting and Pregnancy
Shabbat Shalom Family,
I have a question in regards to the upcoming Holy Day, The Day of Atonement. It says that we are supposed to fast on this day and I am pregnant. I was wondering if I am supposed to fast as well or am I allowed to eat. I was not sure if there are separate laws concerning pregnant women.
